TPK Wireless Mail-In Repair is designed for our customers that wish to mail their devices to us for repair. Simply follow the directions below and your device will be on its way to you within hours of being processed and repaired at our locations. Most devices are shipped back to our customers the same day, depending on when they arrive.
1. PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE
When you place an order on the site, you'll be provided an order confirmation.
2. SENDING YOUR DEVICE IN
After you've placed your online order, you need to send your device. If you have a passcode on your device, we kindly ask that you remove it, so that we can thoroughly test your device before shipping it back to you. Do not include anything else when sending in your device (e.g. no chargers, accessories, or other items). Please make sure your device is safely packed before shipping it out. TPK Wireless is not responsible for any damage that are incurred during the shipping process. We also recommend that you purchase insurance on the shipment.
We highly recommend that you fully back up your device before sending it in.

3. RETURNING YOUR DEVICE
After the repair process is complete, we will ship it back out to you via USPS Priority Mail. Any orders over $100, we provide free shipping, otherwise there is a shipping fee depending on your device.
